One thing, I am assuming that you are a beginner and you are new in this career and you want to learn how to promote your gigs and boost your services online.
1# Create your Fiverr gigs in one specific niche
Make your gig in one niche. Be an expert in one particular thing and serve your clients. If you create your gigs in different niches, then you won’t be able to provide better quality works. You will be jumping from one niche to another niche.
So if you are a web designer or web developer then stick with that and create gigs related to website design or development, not create backlinks or log designing. This is the way, you will become an experienced person in that particular niche and would provide quality services.
2# Create keyworded gigs
Create different keyworded gigs with the same niche. Suppose you are a website designer then create gigs professional website design, unique and modern website design, business website design. For all these gigs use different titles, keywords, and tags. Use keywords in your title, metatags, and description. Your gig chances to rank in search results will increase.
You will get orders for anyone of the gig. Which gig will not get the order you can delete them and create with new keywords.
#3 Create attractive images for Fiverr gigs
For each gig, you will need to add a picture. The picture should be very attractive and informative. It’s always better to use your own image on fiverr.com. Get ideas from others and create your own gig image. Don’t copy the picture from others. You can create a beautiful gig image on Canva with an attractive template and mention your services on it.
It really depends on the buyer whether your gig is eye-catchy or not. If you are getting clicks and views, then your gig image is perfect and it is attractive and if you are not getting any clicks or views then you might need to do some changes to your gig image.
#4 Write a detailed description
A detailed description is the most important part of the gig. You have to use the keywords in your description effectively. Keep it simple, easy, and clear to understand for readers what your gig is about and what service you are providing.
Write about your service clearly and why they should buy your gig like 24 hours delivery, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, unlimited revision, etc. At the end, add a note that if clients have any specific requirements then contact you directly for discussion. Please make sure there are no grammatical and spelling errors.
5# Send buyer request Regularly
This is one of the best ways to get discovered as a freelancer on Fiverr. Visit the buyer requests section daily and send requests regularly. A lot of people got their first order from the buyer’s request.
The best part is you can send 10 buyer requests daily. If you send 10 daily, and even if one or two buyers visit your profile, the views and clicks you get to your profile will help in your ranking compared to someone who did not send this at all and is waiting for clients to come.
Create a buyer’s request at a lower price. Write the service details properly without any grammar and spelling mistakes.
#6 Cold Mailing
What is cold mailing? Simply it’s sending an email to someone that may be interested in your service. So simple. Of course, we are not going to send one or two emails. We are going to send like 500 or 1000 emails per day and we will wait for some replies in this way you can get some orders. Let’s give a direct example and some tips to make things simple for you.
When you want to send cold emails to prospects or to expected clients is to use a professional email address so you can see here I’m using info@leaditsolution.com or ask@rajibulalam.com So it’s a dedicated email only for services so it’s a very good practice to send emails using a professional or a business email address.
Keep your email short, Easy, and actionable. Create your email templates to sell your services or promote your Fiverr gigs. Search on google for emails templates, you may get a lots from there. Of course, you will need to edit the email template as per your offerings.
I can assure you cold emailing helps you in promoting your Fiverr gigs and you will definitely get orders on Fiverr.
#7 Use social media to promote your Fiverr gigs
You can promote your gig on any social media platform of your choice. But I advise you to promote on top social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Quora, and many more.
If you want to promote your Gig you must consider three things first which are:
- You must post your Gigs in your service-related groups where people will click on them or where people can order you from you. A lot of buyers are exploring social media to hire freelancers. So they might get a chance to see your post and they will buy your gig.
- When you want to promote your Fiverr Gigs on social media you will have to add hashtags words use in your post.
- And keep your post short and simple. Do not write too many words. Let it be simple and understanding. You have to be precise and go straight to the point.
Bonus #1 Always be online
Try to stay online as much as possible. Most of the clients contact sellers to discuss the project before buying the order. Sometimes they will have some specific requirements and they will want to discuss with you about the project.
Buyers will contact multiple sellers at a time before being confirmed. So if you didn’t reply instantly then they would give the order to someone else. Try to respond as quickly as possible. Install the Fiverr app on your mobile so you can reply to the messages on the go.
Bonus #2 Keep improving your skills for Fiverr gigs
This, specifically, will guarantee your success wherever you are, Fiverr or not, Upwork or not, online or offline. The more skills you have, the easier and quicker you can succeed as you can pitch your services to anyone, anywhere in the world.
Bonus 3# Give something extra for Free
Once you get an order, give something extra to your clients. People like free things. Like if you are a website developer then help your client to create business emails, set up Gsuite or Zoho, Mailchimp, etc. Tell your client that you are providing these services complementary. They would happy about it and will become permanent clients.
This will keep you apart and unique from the sellers who are selling the same thing without providing any extra stuff.
